Just Aerobics and Fitness Center offers you a wide range of exercise classes. We have classes geared for every level of fitness and varying degrees of pace to ensure that you can find the right class to fit your work out needs. Class times are in the mornings and evenings to accommodate busy work schedules and babysitters.

Our aerobic gym area is 2100 square feet, with an aerobic floor. We provide step equipment, jump ropes, mats, body bars and boxing gloves for use with our different classes.

  • S.O.B. (strength on the ball) Aerobic Class - Try this class on a stability ball and add strength to it for some added challege for some added fun.
  • C.S.T. (cirucuit ,station, training) Aerobic Class - If you like cardio you'll love this very intense class designed with the participant who just loves the variety of challenges. you will go through mini stations of cadio/and strength making it loads of fun.
  • Core Interval Training Aerobic Class - A class with the stablilityball and resistance equipment and a class full of fun.
  • Drills & Skills Aerobic Class - This class will test your skills with resistance using rubber bands. Resistance tubing and weighted bar for
  • Step Aerobic Class - An all time favorite, loaded with simple steps and always a lot of fun.
  • Double Step Aerobic Class - If you like step, this will be double the fun! This workout uses 2 steps for an intense workout.

  • Inter Val Aerobic Class - this class is for anyone who wants that low impact high intensity workout.
  • Yoga Class - Focusing on muscle balance, joint flexibility and helping with stress reduction.
  • Pilates Class - Anyone can do this class regardless of age or fitness level.
  • Hi-Low Aerobic Class - High intensity, low impact and lots of fun is the combination for this class.
  • Strength Class - This challenging class is for all over tone and definition. This class challenges you with a low, middle and high weight used an pyramid levels.
