Workout DVDs are best suited for people who have the will and discipline to workout but merely lack the time and/or money to travel. Trainers and coaches recommend using aerobic DVDs that offer a variety of workouts in order to avoid boredom and staleness of routines. Establishing a weekly schedule and making an effort to put aside time that would be most convenient during the day is also crucial to a regular and steady exercise plan. Playing the aerobic DVDs in the morning is best because distractions and unexpected events often disrupt even the most rigid schedules as the day goes on.
